Production Timelines

Most orders complete within an average of 3 - 4 business days, unless otherwise posted. Business days are counted from the 3:00 PM cutoff — orders placed before 3:00 PM count that day as the first business day, while orders placed after begin counting on the following business day. Weekends are not counted, as we are closed.

• Ordered before 3:00 PM Monday → ready end of day Wednesday

• Ordered after 3:00 PM Monday → ready end of day Thursday

Rush Production is available on select products and includes Same-Day and Next-Day production. Rush orders have an earlier 11:00 AM cutoff, and when selected, your order will be ready on the posted date by 5:45 PM.

• If Same-Day production is selected after 11:00 AM, your order will be scheduled for the following business day.

• If Next-Day production is selected after 11:00 AM, your order will be scheduled for the business day following the next (e.g., ordered Monday afternoon → ready Wednesday by 5:45 PM).
